Returns & Exchanges

We are now offering a 14 day return policy on items purchased from our website. You may return product(s) to Stacked Jewelry Bar after obtaining a RA Number (Return Authorization Number). Once Number is received, you will receive an RA form. Please fill form out along with items for delivery. For an RA number, please email us at Stackedjewelrybar@gmail.com.  After this 14 day period, only unopened/unused products will be accepted for exchange only within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. 

Please allow up to 10 business days for domestic mail to arrive to us. For international, please allow up to 4 weeks. An email will be sent to you once the return is processed. If you have not received an email, please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to assist you. Please note the refund processes with us for roughly 3 business days. The rest of the processing time is up to your bank. Please contact your financial institution for more details. 


If the item was delivered damaged or the wrong item was shipped, we would much appreciate a photo of the product(s) and package could be provided for our insurance claim purposes.

Please do not dispose of any of the original packaging and/or return any merchandise to us without a Return Authorization (RA) number. When sending your items, we advise using an insured carrier such as Federal Express, USPS Priority insured or UPS. This will enable you to track your package more easily. Please note that Stacked Jewelry Bar cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in the mail. Items MUST be returned in their original packaging.
